NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is the study of your subjective experience, how you see, feel and hear your reality, so as to discover where one is stuck, so one can change. One becomes aware of the use of language: how one describes ones' world, experiences and self. The more one is aware of how one languages, the more ones' beliefs and what one is paying attention to, the more one can shift their focus and energy to what is useful and enlivening.
